- The Aguasan project consists of an office of TA that participate in policy dialogue, supervise our NGO partners (CARE and Water Aid) and manages Swiss support to central and provincial water authorities (DPOPH and DNA). A special focus is given in human resources and training (including a scholarship program) as well as institutional support in general.
