- Brief Project Description
- The program focuses on improving access to financial services to medium sizes enterprises it is an integrated programme of $ 12 million, it has two business components: 1- An investement programme for financing SMEs by making loan, quasi-equity investments on commercial terms; and 2 - a technical assistance program to support the investement program by providing direct assitance to investee companies as well as funding costs associated with oustside service providers.
