- Brief Project Description
- Support Ministry of Health to increase health coverge by improving access of the population to health services in the three most disadvantaged provinces (Cabo Delgado, Niassa and Nampula) through a strengthening of community-based service delivery; scaling up of outreach services; and improving facility-based services. SDC is involved in the community health component of the pilot project of the HSDP whose overall goal is to contribute to enhancing and broadening community participation, in line with the National Community Health Strtegy.
