The purpose of this proposal is to facilitate, support and strengthen civil society partners in the national response, focusing on three outcomes, 1. Reinforced government coordination and partnership management roles; 2. Strengthened role of a gender sensitive civil society in the national response through institutional developement support; 3. Delivery of up-to-date and relevant information to civil society partners.
