- Brief Project Description
- The main development objective of the program is to contribute to the satisfaction of basic human needs, improve the well being and contribute to the reduction of rural poverty in Mozambique through improved and sustainable access to water supply and sanitation services. The program's development and intermediate objectives are supported by four components, namely: (1) Support to sustainable increase in Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWSS) (2) Development of appropriate technologies and management models for RWSS (3) Capacity building and human resources development in the RWSS sub-sector (4) Support to decentralized planning, management, monitoring and financing of RWSS activities.
