Strengthening the Ministry of Education and Culture`s capacity to integrate agricultural techniques and nutrition in teacher training

Brief Project Description

The project's objectives are the following : - School (agricultural) production strategy updated and revisited based on national and international teaching experiences. - Teacher training methodology improved through the introduction of agricultural techniques and knowledge on nutrition, environmental conservation, management of small ventures and life skills, in the teacher training curricula. - Teaching materials adapted to teacher training in the fields mentioned above. - Approximately 70 teacher trainers trained using the new curriculum and teaching materials developed.
