Brief Project Description
The Embassy of Sweden in Maputo (EoS) will fund UNDP with 4 000 000 SEK to carry out the "Call for Proposals: Climate Change Resilience and Adaptation Mozambique" during 2015-2016. This intervention concerns the preparation and evaluation phase of the competition. It is intended to result in 3-5 action oriented research studies. The aim of launching a Call for Proposals is to stimulate collaboration, learning and information sharing between actors in Mozambique in the field of climate change resilience and adaptation, as well as to generate and publicly disseminate knowledge and surface ideas among key stakeholders in Mozambique about critical barriers and potential solutions to building resilience and adapting to climate change and natural disasters.
