The Niassa Program starts with 1 year inception to produce a multi-year program with the objective of strengthening the ability of small-scale farmers to defend their rights, become and stay organized and participate in decision-making processes to claim accountability; and key actors with capacity to implement their strategic plans adressing agriculture and natural resource development challenges.
