- Support the Ministry of Health on the Implement of the Strategic Plan for the Health Sector, main objectives is the improvement of health status of the population through a strengthening of the health system focusing on equity, quality of health care and to service provision in favor the poor and most vulnerable segments of the population. The partnership with tne Ministry of Health is based on the principle of a harmonized Sector-Wide Approach(SWAP), Switzerland is one 17 donor partner channeling their financial support through the SWAP.
