- The provincial scholarship programme covers scholarships on grant basis to higher education in Mozambique including master programs and secondary education level 2. Today three provinces are included -Niassa, Zambezia and Sofala. The objective is to create a national systen including all provinces. The World Bank is also a partner to the programme.
