- Brief Project Description
- The Geração Biz project is an innovative multi-sectoral youth programme focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV/Aids. The project gives young people access to information and services related to reproductive health and HIV/Aids. First implemented in Maputo and Zambezia Provinces, the project now covers some 62 districts in 10 provinces. With the assistance of the UNFPA, the project is coordinated by the Ministry of Health, Youth and Sports and Education and provides a range of services, including Youth Friendly Health Clinics (YFC), school based interventions such as counselling corners and peer educators, and a number of community based interventions.
