Impact of HIV/AIDS on Orphans and Vulnerable Children (Through SCF)
Brief Project Description
The project addresses the situation of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVCs) from a human right perpective and promotes interventions that improve the lives of OVCs. The project supports capacity building of local NGOs and provincial/district authorities and enhances the participation of children and young people in program design and implementation. In addition, the programme seeks to contribute to the development of a more supportive legislative environment for OVCs.
